In case of a game interruption due to general video/audio/data discontinuity, the game will be paused while the issue is resolved.
In case of a mis-read from the system automatic sensors/scanners, the dealers may manually correct the result, to match the corresponding game outcome.
Any game result claims should be addressed to the player’s game operator
The Software is a game and streaming software which consists of, applications, and/or other features intended for data stream (the “Software”). The Software may be used on various computers, operating platforms, browsers, tablets, mobile devices and/or other devices.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold, in the form of a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software strictly in accordance with these terms, including the warranty disclaimers, and the limitations of liability.
All ownership, title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and “applets” incorporated into the Software), are owned by Licensor. You may not modify the Software or remove, alter, or conceal in whole or in part any copyright or trademark (including notices thereof) included in the Software.
You may not sell, rent, lease or lend the Software. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, adapt, translate, make derivative works of, or attempt to derive the source code of, the Software. The Software is licensed as a single product and its component parts may not be
separated. Without prejudice to any other rights of the Licensor, failure to comply with these terms or violation of these terms may result in suspension or deactivation of your use of the Software with or without notice.
In some jurisdictions, it may be illegal to use the Services and/or the Software without obtaining the necessary approvals from all relevant parties and/or authorities. By using the Software in any way, you represent that the Software and/or Services will be used exclusively in a lawful manner. If you are in doubt as to the legality of your planned usage, you are required to obtain legal advice for the jurisdiction where you intend to use the Software and/or Services. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you use the Software and/or Services and for complying with all relevant laws in any relevant jurisdiction. You further acknowledge that neither Licensor, nor any of its agents, affiliates, directors and employees may be held liable, responsible or accountable for any type of damage, litigation or other legal action, which may arise either from your legal or illegal use of the Services and/or Software and under no circumstances will you be eligible for any form of compensation from the aforementioned. You undertake to compensate, indemnify and hold the Licensor free of any claim resulting from any misuse thereof.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SOFTWARE MAY NOT WORK ERROR FREE. THERE IS NO WARRANTY (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR OTHERWISE FREE OF BUGS, SECURITY BREACHES, VIRUS ATTACKS, OR OTHER DISRUPTIONS AND INTERFERENCES.
THE SOFTWARE AND THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE THROUGH AN INTERNET CONNECTION ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND WITH ALL FAULTS, AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS ARE DISCLAIMED, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CORRESPONDENCE TO DESCRIPTION, LACK OF VIRUSES, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF RESPONSES, RESULTS, AND OF LACK OF NEGLIGENCE OR LACK OF WORKMANLIKE EFFORT, ALL WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE AND USE OR INABILITY OF USE THEREOF. YOU HEREBY SPECIFICALLY AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ENTIRE RISK, IF ANY, AS TO THE QUALITY AND LEGALITY OF, OR ARISING OUT OF, USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS SOLELY WITH YOU.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY USE YOU MADE WITH THE SOFTWARE, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, SALES, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, OR DATA, NOR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, CRIMINAL AND/OR UNLAWFUL ACT OR OTHER PRODUCT OR STRICT LIABILITY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER LICENSOR OR SUCH PARTY IS MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.)
ARISING OUT OF, OR WITH RESPECT TO, THE SOFTWARE AND/OR THE USE OR INABILITY OF USE THEREOF.
Licensor is not privileged to personally identifiable information with respect to the Software end users. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, Licensor reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information or data on, in, or related to, the Software (including, without limitation, any user submissions or other information shared, transmitted, or published by you) as the Licensor reasonably believes is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request: (ii) enforce these terms, including investigation of potential violations of it, or other abuses of the Software; (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (iv) respond to user support requests; and/or (v) protect the rights, property or safety of the Licensor, its customers or the public.
